×
The Vampire was the first single-engine British jet fighter to enter production. Top seed was 538 mph
and the plane was armed with 4 20mm canon. The first prototype took to the air in September 1943 and was ordered into
production in 1944, although too late to enter service in WWII.
The post-war Italian Air Force (Aeronautica Militare Italiana) was a large user of the Vampire
obtaining an initial batch of 5 FB.5s 4 NF.10s, 10 NF.54s in 1950, followed by 51 FB.52As
in that year and 1951, and then delivery of 150 FB.52As (single-seat fighter-bomber)
built locally by Macchi and Fiat over the next few years. Initial flight of an
Italian-built FB.52A was on 18 December 1951.
Markings for AMI (NF.10) and 2 x RAF (NF.10 and NF) Night Fighters. Extensive amount of resin parts. Recessed panel lines and clear injection
molded canopy.
Introduced in 1936 this Italian twin-engine bomber was one of the most advanced of its kind.
The BR.20 was first used in both the Spanish Civil War and the Sino-Japanese war
where its speed rendered it virtually immune to the fighters of the time. The Br.20 was also employed over England where
it bombed the cities of Ramsgate, Harwich, Great Yarmouth and Ipswich sustaining only three losses
throughout the campaign. The bomber was also successfully deployed over the Balkans, the Soviet Union and
North Africa.
Markings for four aircraft: 4 bombers, 2 x Japanese, 2 x Regia Aeronautica:
1. Imperial Japanese Air Force: Yunchung, China, circa 1939.
2. Imperial Japanese Air Force: 12° Sentai 7° Hikodon, Handai, China, circa 1939.
3. Regia Aeronautica: 8-5 of 8° Sq. BT, 25° Gruppo BT, 7 Stormo; Forli, circa 1941.

The Martin 187 "Baltimore" was a developed from the Martin 167 "Maryland". It was designed to
British specifications for a tactical attack bomber that was more powerful and had a larger
fuselage than the Maryland. The original request was for 400 aircraft, to be split between
the French and British. Upon the fall of France, the British purchased all 400 and all but a
couple were sent to the Middle East. Under Lend-Lease an additional 1175 Baltimores were handed
over to the RAF. Late in the war, surplus RAF aircraft were handed over to Italian Co-Belligerent,
Free French, Greek and Turkish air force units.
Markings for four aircraft: Italian Co-Belligerent Air Force (box art), Turkish Air Force, Royal Hellenic Air Force
and Free French Air Force. 70 parts in gray styrene, 50 parts in gray colored resin and 10 clear
injection molded parts. Instructions, decal sheet and painting guide.
Markings for Italian Co-Belligerent Air Force: Mk. V, FW821, "Grappa 10" of 132° Gruppo, Italian Co-Belligerent Air Force, 1944.
Dark Earth, Dark Green, Light Mediterranean Blue (or possibly Azure). The aircraft has the name
"Fiorelino" (little flower) on the nose, with a white flower with a yellow center, which was the
personal emblem of the pilot, Ten. Roberto Crespi. It also had a star on the fin with the word
Stellina, which was the markings of the prior pilot, S.Ten. Rolandi.
