Re: Art Work: Revi C/12 D Gun-sight

Thanks for the links, the first one is really good. Finding a good color pic (90 degree view/perpendicular) of a SG Tipo C isn't so easy. The views in the second link aren't square enough so I'd have to do some guessing on parts and (mostly) adjustments that introduce inaccuracies. But you'd think I...

Re: Art Work: Revi C/12 D Gun-sight

Thanks Richard, yes I can certainly do a San Giorgio gun-sight and I agree the Tipo C is the one to do, its the most interesting sight of the three. If you can find a good 90o degree color photo of the sight I can do it at some point and it'll save me time having to make adjustments and use the work...

Art Work: Revi C/12 D Gun-sight

Here's a drawing I just finished of a Revi C/12 D Gun-sight used on C.205Vs. Its part of a project Stefano and I are working on. I didn't have in mind to make the drawing as detailed as it ended up being and it has certainly thrown off my schedule (almost 2 weeks to draw this) but I thought I'd shar...

That's right there's no C.206 on the market ... hmmm possibilities lol

I think a conversion of the N1 is all that's needed to accommodate the larger wing of the C.206 (DB.605) or an engine housing conversion of the C.207 (DB.603). According to Longhi the Re.2007 was in some form of completion in 1944 and at least until the end of WWII he was actually in possession of t...

Re: Retired In Kalifornia's Aircraft Model Builds In Progress Photos

The C.207 would have been a significant step up in performance, including at high altitude and the plane probably would have been even faster than the G.56 and it's even more strange that Fiat managed to build the G.56, but Macchi didn't get around building the C.207. The C.207 should be a great bui...

Re: Fiat BR 20 colors

Some more photos: 1) Profile Publications No.110, this is where Italaerei got the two profiles from, the top two profiles 276-6 and 4-1 (before Belgium). This is a very old reference and probably not reliable. 2) ADI 25, BR.20Ms of 276 Sq. and 277 Sq. with and without the white theater bands over Al...

…As I'd expect the Republicans very likely will get the House back this year they'll all be in leadership positions; keeping fingers crossed Kevin McCarthy doesn't "go Paul Ryan" on them  I like McCarthy better than Paul Ryan. Re: Fiat BR 20 colors

Welcome to Stormo! The Italaerei 1/72 Fiat BR.20 No.103 is a very old kit (1972) but still builds up into a nice model, see Richard Mendes' builds in the Gallery. Italeri reissued this kit as part of their Vintage series not long ago. The kit comes with original elongated rectangular instructions, o...
