hello! the tauro kit looks good in the box but look closer. i will probably have spent 500 hours by the time it is finished. hello! most are there in 1/72. just because they are not perfect is not reason for rejection. are you a modeler or a whiner? chop it up, get it done. do the research and the work. scratch building might seem challenging. so build the engine or propeller. work from there. james.

hello! get the squadron mc-205 walk around. you will have info than you want. i have some factory assembly drawings. if you can get it the ali d'italia is very good. there are some problems with all the macchi kits as it is a very complex airplane. study the photos.

hello! the factory drawings for assembly and plans for the macchi 202/205 are available. not sure that many rivets were poking out. i have started the tauro kit..... i was going to build it right out of the box but there is no way i can leave the fin and rudder in the shape they came. who knows what...

hello! try to get the ali d'italia book on this. for a kit of this quality you will need all the info you can get. these are some of the best books ever published on italian airplanes. i do not have this one yet. i do have many of them. i think they can be accessed on line.
