Re: Special Hobby Reggiane Re.2000 Serie I 1/48 dissapointment
Damn! That's rough.
I wish I could help in some way, but all I've got are an old Supermodel kit, an Italeri kit and a Special Hobby kit, all in 1/72 scale.

Re: Articles about painting WW2 Italian Aircraft.
This is from the 72nd Scale Aircraft forum, from a few years ago. Re: Tamiya Paints Matches ?
What I have for Tamiya mixes:
Italian Aircraft WWII
Interior Green – XF71
Underside Grey – XF66:1 + XF2:2
Tan – XF59
Olive Green – XF67
Brown – XF64
Dark Green – XF27
Not really mixes, but it's all I have.

Hi, Bernard
Though they are a bit small when viewed on my computer monitor, I can see your pictures.

Re: Fiat BR 20 colors
Good luck on your build, Bernard. Even though this is an old kit, first released by Supermodel back in the 70's, Italeri's release is quite good. I don't think Italeri re-did the molds on this one like they did with their SM-81, but I think it will built up well. When I did my Supermodel kit back in...

Re: to be or not to be ...
I am more interested in the aviation aspect, but then I've done that all my life. An early childhood memory is of a large low-flying passing over our small farm yard in Nova Scotia. It was either a Lockheed Neptune or a Canadair Argus. If you have separate forums for ships and armour, I may occasion...
