Italian types in Croatian WW2 service

Post by MarkoZG » Sun Sep 23, 2007 4:32 pm

According to official documents of Croatian Air Force from WW2, there were many Italian types in service, for which I would like to see any photo:

Fiat BR.20
Fiat CR.42
CANT Z.1007
Saiman 202
Macchi C.202 (in full Croatian markings)
Macchi C.205V
SM.81 Pipistrelo
SM.82 Canguro
Re 2002 Ariete

Could anybody help with here?
Also any unpublished photos of other Croatian WW2 aircraft would be most welcomed.
Thanks!

Marko

I'll look around, however photos of WWII Croatian Air Force aircraft are rare.

Croatia Fiat G-50 bis

Marko,
If you contact me off line I will be able to send you some photographs of a Fiat G-50 bis in Croatian markings that is still in existence in Belgrade. I took some photos earlier this year when I was allowed into the storage facility.
