Ten. Cesare Erminio

Post by Rudeone4Life » Mon Sep 20, 2010 11:10 am

My dear friend Cesare Erminio passed away early this morning. During his time with the Regia Aeronatic, he flew with the 76th Sq., 359th Sq. After the 8th of September 1943 he continued on with the 1st Gr. C., 1st Sq. Cesare flew the Mc.202, Dw.520, G.55, Mc.205 and Me.109. I had the pleasure of meeting him twice in Rome last year and it was time well spent. Cesare enjoyed very much sharing his adventurs with me, providing me with a wonderful and detailed interview about his time with the R.A. and 1st Gr. C. Another veteran pilot has passed and sadly there are not many left... I am honored to have met him and will miss him very much.
