Hi all, and thanks for letting me in!

My name is Santiago Hrubisko, and I live in Argentina. I share this passion with my father, Raul Hrubisko. We enjoy the hobby as a team.

We have an interesting collection of about 1368 models done so far. Our goal is to build All the aircraft types that flew with the Royal Air Force, the Fleet Air Arm and all the Commonwealth (Canada, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Rhodesia, etc.) in the time frame between 1936 and 1947, in all major versions (including field modifications, different or special markings, different armaments, different scheme colour camouflage, etc.) which were used in all the operational theatres or in special operations. And to include also Lend-Lease and captured enemy types under British markings. We also try to include in each series the aircraft which were flown by Ango Argentine pilots; most of them had very particular nose art”

Among other series, we recently have done a captured German-made aircraft series with 177 models, French-made aircraft series with 8 models and many English and American aircraft series. The biggest one so far is the P40 series with 126 models of the aircraft, Supermarine Spitfire with 121 models and Hawker Hurricane with 113 models.

Right now we are working on the Italian-made aircraft series, and we have selected a good number of them. It took me a lot of research time, but we have at least a photo of each wth the "new markings". We are really far from being experts on the Italian colour schemes camouflages.

I will ask for some help in the near future at the Colour and Camouflage Schemes place.

Any suggestions or comments regarding the inclusion of additional aircraft that fall within the scope of our project would be very welcome.

Hello Santiago and Welcome to Stormo. Thank you for sharing your work with our community, we'd be very happy to answer your questions and we look forward to following along on your progress. You might also be interested in captured Allied aircraft such as the Swordfish, Blenheim, Beaufighter, Hurricane, B-24, P-38, P-40 etc

Just a comment about captured RA aircraft, most were not in flyable condition, for example all but one C.202 (the one captured by the SAAF) were damaged systemically to prevent the Allies from learning about the plane.
