Which is the best (and most accurate) MC.200 serie VII in 1/72 scale?

Both the Italeri and Hasegawa kits are very good. I didn't have a chance to compare either kit in detail, however, the Italeri kit is newer and more accurate around the exterior cockpit area.

Sorry

:) np … 1/72 MC.200, without a doubt the Special Hobby kit is the most up to date and the very best kit around. The kit includes high-quality resin parts for the engine, cowling and cockpit interior. There's also an old Revell kit long OOP but no where near the quality of the SH kit.

You might also want to consider Flying Machines C.200 kit. Although it uses the same tooling as the SH kit, it is of the later variant (with the open cockpit).

What about the AML kit? is it any good?

I have yet to see the AML C.200 kit. If their Fiat G.50 bis & biposto kits are anything to go by, it ought to be as good as the SH/FM kits.

Well, I have the AML new tool G-50bis, and it looks pretty OK to me, cince I heard it is the best Freccia available.

Is it true that RCR 1/72 MC.200 uses the same tooling as special Hobby?

No, it does not. The RCR kit is a collaboration with Sign Models with multimedia parts. For example, the cowling bulges are supplied as separate resin pieces! The Special Hobby/Flying Machine kits are still the best 1/72 kits.
