I would guess that alot of people have seen this anime film. Its a favorite of mine. I have in my stash the Fine Scale kit for the early version of his plane in 1/48.

Hi Mike T, and others.
I also like Porco Rosso and think they have some great planes in it.
I make a 1/144 scale resin Savoia S.21 and am about to cast the R3C-0 Curtis and in the not so distant future the Dabohaze as well.
I usually sell these on Ebay.
I will put up some pictures in the for sale section soon.

Yesterday I received my Finemolds 1/48 S.21F from Hobbylink Japan. Its a nice kit. The animator has a great love for the aircraft of the "Golden Age" and worked with Finemolds in the production of the kits with the interiors and figures. Too bad they don't have the Macchi M.39 in the series.
I may like to see some of your work as well. Is it the initial version of the S.21? or the F after Fio's improvements?

Sorry for the delay in replying!
I have now finished the Curtis R3C-0 to complement the Savoia.
It is the early Savoia (without the front 'cockpit') although at this scale (it is only 4 cm long) it makes it hard to see anyway!
Phots still to come (i have yet to build and paint them!).
