BTW, in Ali D’Italia #2 is photograph (page 45) of Folgore Serie IX at production stage were it shows that wheel wells were enclosed. Hence I did this same in my model.

It is one of my older builds and I'm aware that has some mistakes (tail).
Painting was an challenge but also incredible fun, it is a "warm up" for MC 200

.

Great shots and beautiful paint job on your MC202.
As Vince pointed out, that particular paint scheme is very hard to do in 1:72 scale.

Thank you!

Airbrush - for this project I used clone of Iwata HCP (RIP now - initial quality was equal to original however poor quality of materials shorten it’s life).
Paints are Humbrol and Xtracolor thinned with Lacquer thinner.

Horizontal surfaces are from later model (serie XI?) as per Hasegawa kit. It should be backdated as in Italieri kit (this same as on MC.200).
Other than that, the underside gray should be darker.
