Couldn't help but notice that the image above is reversed. Look at the number '3' numeral. It's back to front! The venturi tube reinforces this, as this too was only placed on that side of the fuselage.

I suppose the star would still have appeared on both sides?

You would have thought the fasces would be reversed also.

Not so, as they always faced forward (as does most unit insignia). This could explain why it's not immediately apparent. Not even the person who signed the print noticed, unless he kept quiet about it (or didn't care!).

I agree... that's tremendous work. All that extra detailing is of the highest order (and the camouflage is nicely done too).

The under carriage detail is some thing else. Is that kit stuff or did you bash all that under there? Very nice.

The detail provided in the kit is very basic: there is only the tubular structure.
All cables, hoses and other details were scratch built.
