I would like to thank for all possitive feedbacks on my kit. I can promise this macchi isn't the last italian kit which I built. I've started to build Dewoitine D.520 in Italian marking.

Super absolutely!
Ciao Pavel,
This is the best 202 96-6 I've ever seen, absolutely fantastic!
I like your that you choose the "maintenace look" on the left wing.

Thx Andrea and Starflyer for your feedbacks.Andrea wrote:Hi Lubos,
really a good job, congratulations.
I have just two questions:
1. Did you use out of the box decals? Did you have silvering problems?
2. How did you build the early style antenna?
Thank you very much
Andrea
Only for Andrea:
1. The decals applied on this macchi is combination of Cartograf and Tauro decals. For both of them I used combination of gunze adhesive waters for decals. Mr.Setter was used below decals and Mr.Softer on the top. I had to use Mr.Softer several times on Tauro decals which were used on tho bottom of the wings (inverse fasces). But it's necessary to wait the decals woulb be dry before next application of Mr.setter if you don't wont to damage them!!!
After perfect adhesion I oversprayed the whole kit by glass lackquer. When some decals silvered I grind off it VERY CAREFULLY by sandpaper of grain size 2000 under the water and again oversprayed by glass lackquer.
2. The early style antenna was made from part of the sprue which was warmed up over the candle.
