Hello,
I haven't built an airplane model in over a year so I wanted to do a quick build and chose RS Models' SAI 207. I enjoyed the kit, an easy build. The canopy is a bit think and the decals are great, however they don't give you much ability to move them around. Hope you like it.

Great build Mike.I'll got a card model of a SAI 407 in the to do pile. It's in 1/33 scale and very basic, but could serve aa a pattern for a little scratch building project in plastic.Anyway congrats on a sweet project.

You have done a good job building perhaps the best model of a SAI 207 in any scale. I built one for SAMI, replacing the kit supplied wing roundels with larger ones. They should be 12mm diameter in 1/72 scale.

Great build. Thats the thing with these Italian subjects...always something new and different that youve (Ive) not seen before.

agreed, the Italians produced quite allot of good and interesting equipment, the shortfall was their inability to produce enough of it. Like the Germans and more so, they were constrained by the availability of raw materials.

Very nice build!
This what is keeping me off is lack of good references (Yes, I have Ali D'Italia #9 Mini) for interior detail and need of making new canopy.
