The question which arises is, does Boris Johnson survive this (politically that is)? I think he's done.
The UK and France have also performed the fewest number of tests among the major economies so their active Covid-19 cases are probably the highest in Europe, next to the US. Germany and Italy have both doubled the amount of testing per capita than the UK, France and the US. I'm surprised by the US, although they've performed the absolute highest number of tests in the world, per capita they're lagging although they're beginning to pick it up a bit.
