You can find two photos of C202sof 369° squadriglia at page 45 of the recent booklet C202 #22 of the series Ali d'Italia.

Was the number 369 black or red?

There's also a color profile of a C.202 369a Sq., at the end of the book. From both the photos and the profile, the number 369 is red.

I am asking this because I have seen it interpreted black on some drawings. Which option is correct?

Red is correct.

Thanks! I have a Hasegawa MC.202, where the number is red. I thought it was a mistake.

Do you have some photos of these planes? It's really hard to obtain any literature here in Serbia.

Here you go. I think some of confusion regarding the color of the squadrion code comes from Aero Detail 15 that has '369' depicted in black:

I found this photo

I thought the spinners were white with red rear part, but obviously they're not. Any ideas?

Interesting photo. There were no specific rules (that I'm aware of) that suggested how the propeller disks were to be painted.

What I would like to know is how was the spinner on 369-2 painted. Are there any known photos of 369-2 out there?

I looked around and couldn't find a photo of this plane. Anything specific about 369-2 ? If not try choosing a plane that's painted the way you like.

Well, Hasegawa suggests it should be a standard "smoke ring" cammo, Scarecrow emblem on the fuselage. I wonder how correct this option is. Also, I am confused about the color of the spinner. Hasegawa suggests that it should be white with red base, but in Ali e Colori part 5, on page 7 there is a profile of 369-12 with spinner base painted in standard cammo, like rest of the fuselage. Which option is correct?
