Good morning, I would like to assemble the Me 109 G- 6 10 yellow of Ten. Filippi, but I would need to know what color it was painted with. I know that it previously had the classic camouflage in 74/75/76, but that it was subsequently overpainted.

Filippi's plane Bf.109G-6/U3 isn't a subject we would normally do (in decal Sheet 48013, not in 48006 as in your email) because the photos we have of it aren't complete, however it fell within a W.Nr. block (163000 - 164000) that were finished differently in regard to the vertical tail surfaces and rudder (as well as the unusual markings); these components were sub-contracted and finished in 75/83/76 and delivered to Mtt Reg, the difference in colors and style of the softly applied 74/75/76 on the fuselage and the new 75/83/76 on the tail and rudder was such that they were blended together in various patterns of an overspray of 76 as illustrated in 48013 Profile IV with large, soft uneven stripes of 76 (as seen in MT-469 and MT-435 163964 photos below). Yellow 10 was part of the initial batch of planes transferred from the Luftwaffe to get the ANR up to strength quickly and were not new, and were thus heavily retouched in a dark green and patches of 75 (over the white band although not completely deleted) and 02, the cowling was a replacement cowl from a 1a Sq Bf.109 and still carries 1a Sq unit badge. Its possible and even likely that dark green extended up through the fin as on Ugo Drago's Bf.109G-6/U4 Black 7. July 1944 directive is in full effect on this plane - black spinner, white spiral and 1/3 white backplate. Also we don't freely provide electronic copies of our decal instructions (sorry), I'm sure purchasers of 48013 (or any of our decal sheets) would not appreciate it, not to mention the instructions and drawings are copyright protected, and almost took 1 yr to make. Just one final note, Yellow 10 is a difficult subject to do in any scale, I would rate this subject as very-difficult, and is not really suited for 1/72 to get an accurate model, unless you're very skilled with an airbrush.
I recommend finding a copy of: "Camouflage and Markings of the Aeronautica Nazionale Republicana 1943-1945" by Ferdinando D’Amico & Gabriele Valentini Classic Publications, its worth the investment if you're interested in this topic.
