50' Stormo

Post by Jan den Das » Wed Feb 10, 2010 1:57 am

Hi
The 50' Stormo used in Africa some Breda Ba.65 aero planes.
I found the information that the pilots who used these planes fought a heroic
Battle with these planes.
What shows that these planes were not so bad as is mentioned by a lot of people (they could have been better).
Who can help me with details of there use in Africa and information wich versions were used/serialnumbers how they were painted (its possible that some used the colors which were used in Italy).
Each small details/information is welcome.
Thanks
Jan

Breda 65 in Northern Africa

There is an interesting article about the use of Breda 65 in AS, in the Italian magazine Sky Models #4, which includes many of the information you are looking for. I can provide you it, but the article is in Italian and it is impossible for me to translate it into English.
