Ju 87R and Crew

Post by Brews » Wed Dec 20, 2006 9:16 pm

Hi,

I'm making a 1:72 Ju 87R (Airfix) OOB, and I am having troube finding references to the appropriate colours for the crew figures. In the absence of information to the contrary, I applied a light cream colour for the flying suit, with green helmets and black shoes.

I have assumed that the colours of the Stuka would be RLM 65/70/71.

All assistance gratefully received!

Bruce

Examine the photos in the following stormo article, you may want to contact Davide Splendore:

and watch the stormo video : The Regia Aeronautica in Action:

Also the icon at the bottom of the index page of the Forum (member list) is Maggiore G. Donadio Comandate 101o Gruppo B.aT., Tirana/Albania 1941 Osprey #6 Ju87 North Africa and the Mediterranean. Also there's quite a few Black and White photos of RA piltos in ADI RA Ju87s.

These links should help you as well as what Giulio provides.
